The SCFD provides essential funding for 300 cultural organizations in the metro Denver region. Our multi-media election campaign inspired voters to pass the 0.1 percent sales tax again in November, 2016 with resounding support. Our theme, Culture For All, underscored the benefits of accessibility, diversity, and inclusiveness. We recruited Aurora’s Poet Laureate, Jovan Mays to become the voice and ambassador for the campaign.
